Program Manager

Dudnyk, part of the Fishawack Health Group, is seeking a Program Manager to join our Project Management team to lead the planning, management, execution, and tracking of programs across a book of business. The Program Manager will partner with other departments to resolve operational issues, champion continuous optimization of processes and advocate for overall project management best practices. The Program Manager is expected to provide project management leadership and mentor the career path of junior team members. This position will report directly to the Project Management Director.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and oversee the delivery of cross-functional, complex projects and workstreams, ensuring cohesiveness and optimal execution of plans
  • Provide operational oversight, instilling and enforcing processes, workflows and tools that adapt to/and support the needs and of the business to ensure seamless flow to deliver high-quality work
  • Assume accountability for overall project delivery and act as the main point of contact and first level of escalation for a set group of team members and leads
  • Triage work across integrated stakeholders and manage relationships to ensure seamless delivery of large-scale programs
  • Practice an ongoing solution-oriented mindset (identify, manages, and resolves)
  • Partner with team leads to facilitate workflow, resource plan, and support overall team success
  • Anticipate, plan, organize, and lead the work and set team with passion, innovation, speed and accountability
  • Motivate, mentor and coach direct reports


  • 10+ years agency experience in healthcare or pharma required
  • Product launch experience is strongly desired
  • Fully integrated (marketing, technical, digital, etc.) experience is required
  • Knowledge of digital and technical project delivery
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology and agency operations, including the ability to effectively problem-solve, troubleshoot and develop detailed project/work plans and specifications
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience in a client facing role
  • Comfortable managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven management/leadership experience growing and cultivating junior project management staff
