Account Supervisor

We're looking for an Account Supervisor to join one of the industry's strongest agency teams and help us launch a very exciting product. The Account Supervisor will ensure that our client needs are met strategically and tactically, maintain an effective level of direct contact with our clients, and will monitor and guide the account team’s daily activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Owns and is responsible for managing the daily account work on assigned brand(s), responsible for ensuring that projects are on time, on strategy, and on budget
  • Responsible for clear, effective client communications and ensuring collaborative partnerships with our clients
  • Reviews brand and campaign-related work to ensure alignment with key insights and marketing objectives
  • Facilitates and leads tactical meetings and discussions, including annual brand planning
  • Oversee the activities of direct reports (as applicable) in coordinating all digital and print deliverables on behalf of assigned brand(s)
  • Coach and provide feedback daily and as needed to account executives; guide direct reports in career and skills development
  • Work closely with supervisor and project management to monitor job costs vs. estimates
  • Manages budget tracking and client billing
  • Supports new business efforts by contributing to the process and deliverables

  • Sound judgement to anticipate and effectively solve challenges
  • Clear, effective communication skills (verbal and written) internally and externally
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience presenting information, both verbally and written, to clients and senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to provide actionable solutions in tactical planning
  • Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proven financial management experience (with client and agency budgets)
  • Ability to travel on as-needed basis


  • BA/BS degree, with coursework emphasis in marketing, communications, or advertising
  • 5+ years pharma advertising agency account management experience
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience with team-building skills and mentoring abilities
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-channel marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
