Talent Acquisition Specialist

(Contract/Contract-to-Perm - 6 months to start)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading the recruitment of talented individuals to Dudnyk, filling roles from entry level to leadership. This position works on-site in Horsham, PA, reporting to the VP, HR Strategy. Candidates must have significant expertise in recruiting for pharmaceutical advertising professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting - including sourcing, screening, and candidate management through the offer process to their first day
  • Source candidates using our internal database, portfolio sites, social media networking, industry job boards, campus outreach
  • Identify and implement employer branding tools to create continuous awareness of Dudnyk’s culture, growth and employee experience.
  • Recommend opportunities to increase the diversity of the candidate pool
  • Be continuously ahead of the game by building candidate pipelines for a diversity of talent to meet current and potential new business staffing
  • Be an ambassador for Dudnyk at various networking, industry and campus events
  • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Maintain candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system
  • Provide both ad-hoc, daily, and weekly updates to VP, HR Strategy and hiring managers
  • Stay current on industry news, trends, and Dudnyk’s competitive landscape

  • Must have keen negotiation skills
  • Proven success in sourcing, screening and selection of top talent in the pharma advertising space in both the Greater Philadelphia area and beyond
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately
  • Proven relationship building skills and the ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels both internally and externally
  • Ability to assess priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Proven experience in evaluating creative candidate portfolios
  • Proven experience evaluating technical skill sets when required
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to work both independently and within a broader HR and agency team


  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience recruiting talent in pharmaceutical advertising
  • Experience recruiting in a digital marketing environment a plus
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
