We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will support our President and Leadership Team as well as handle various Front Desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet the demands of a busy healthcare advertising agency. This position reports to the President.
